The same questions every filing period
Before every deadline, clients call about the same things: when is the deadline, have you got the receipts, and what does this invoice mean? Each call takes five minutes – and your concentration for a quarter of an hour.
Questions about deadlines
VAT, payroll reporting and tax returns – clients call to check the date, and whether there's anything they need to do.
Receipts that arrive late
The firm is waiting for receipts, the client has forgotten them, and nobody has time to ring round and chase.
Interruptions that cost
An interruption in the middle of a reconciliation costs more than the call. It takes time to find your way back to where you were.
The client calling before the deadline usually just wants to know: have you got everything you need from me?

Live in a single afternoon
Five steps you do yourself in the console. The agent calls out from the list and takes calls in on your number – you choose whether to use both directions or just one. If you get stuck, we help for free.
No accounting or tax advice
Threll answers the practical questions. Professional questions always go to an accountant.
Client confidentiality
Threll never shares one client's information with another, and only says what you've decided it can say.
Handles the seasonal peaks
Around deadlines, lots of clients call at once. Threll takes the calls in parallel, with no queue.
The same details every time
Client name, reg. no, what it's about and how urgent it is – ready for whoever picks up the case.

Self-serve setup
Create an account, configure the agent and set up forwarding yourself – in an afternoon. If you need help along the way, it costs nothing.
Create accountDo compare
A human answering service typically charges 25–50 NOK per answered call. A lost customer costs you the whole sale.
Run the numbersWhat your customer hears, and what you need to be able to answer
Five questions you will get – from a customer, a board chair or a procurement officer. The answers are the same on every plan.
The agent says it is an AI assistant
It happens in the first sentence. It is a requirement under the EU AI Act – and it is also what makes customers accept it.
Nordic and European data storage
Call data is processed within the EEA. A data processing agreement is standard, not an add-on.
Telephony on Telenor SIP infrastructure
The same network as the rest of Nordic business telephony. No detour across the public internet.
You own the data
Export or delete whenever you want. You set the retention period yourself.
On-prem and sovereign hosting exist
For those who must have it. Most firms in this segment don't need it – tell us if you do.
No. Threll answers on deadlines, documents and practical questions. Anything about deductions, bookkeeping or tax goes to an accountant.
Threll only says what you've decided it can say. Call data is processed within the EEA, and a data processing agreement is standard. If it needs to share client-specific information, it can first confirm who the client is with Vipps.
You update the deadline list in the console, and Threll uses the new one straight away. The change takes a minute.
Threll connects to other systems via API, webhooks and MCP. We're happy to go through which accounting systems are supported today in a short meeting. Without a connection it calls from a list you upload.
Start is 699 NOK a month plus 4 NOK a minute. Pluss and Premium include minutes. No lock-in and no setup fee.
