A full workshop calendar – without picking up the phone.
Threll books servicing, tyre changes and the MOT / roadworthiness test, reminds customers of their appointment and follows up those who've taken a test drive. Mechanics don't have to wipe their hands to answer the phone.

- Live in an afternoon – without switching provider
The phone rings while everyone's under a car
In a workshop, nobody is sitting free by the phone. In tyre season everyone calls at once, and on the used-car side leads go cold because nobody got round to ringing back.
Mechanics have to take the calls
Every call means dirty hands, a break in the job and a customer waiting while someone searches the calendar.
Tyre season jams the lines
Twice a year everyone wants their tyres changed the same week. The line is engaged, and customers book with the chain instead.
Test drives nobody follows up
The customer who test-drove on Saturday has bought a car elsewhere by the time anyone calls him on Tuesday.
The customer calling the workshop nearly always asks the same thing: when can I drop the car off?
What Threll takes care of
The bookings that fill the calendar, and the follow-up that sells cars.
- Inbound
Servicing, tyre changes and MOT
Takes the registration number and preferred time, and books a free slot when the calendar is connected.
- Inbound
“Is my car ready?”
Gives the status when the workshop system is connected, or takes a message for the workshop.
- Inbound
Tyre storage and courtesy cars
Answers questions about tyre storage, courtesy cars and collection, and notes what the workshop needs to know.
- Outbound
MOT and service reminders
Calls customers who are approaching the deadline and books an appointment on the same call.
- Outbound
Follow-up after test drives
Calls those who've taken a test drive, asks what it would take and books a new meeting with the salesperson.
- Outbound
Customer satisfaction after a workshop visit
Asks every customer the same three questions and delivers the answers in structured form.
Ready-made setups that fit you
Each use case has its own page with the numbers, a real call and the price. Start with the one closest to your day-to-day.
Live in a single afternoon
Five steps you do yourself in the console. The agent calls out from the list and takes calls in on your number – you choose whether to use both directions or just one. If you get stuck, we help for free.
Many calls at once
In tyre season Threll takes every call in parallel, with no queue and no engaged tone.
Registration number as a fixed field
Every booking comes with the registration number, mileage and what needs doing.
Payment with Vipps
Threll can send a Vipps request during the call, for example for a deposit on tyre storage.
Sales and workshop kept apart
Sales enquiries go to the salespeople, workshop matters to the workshop – by the rules you set.

Self-serve setup
Create an account, configure the agent and set up forwarding yourself – in an afternoon. If you need help along the way, it costs nothing.
Create accountDo compare
A human answering service typically charges 25–50 NOK per answered call. A lost customer costs you the whole sale.
Run the numbersWhat your customer hears, and what you need to be able to answer
Five questions you will get – from a customer, a board chair or a procurement officer. The answers are the same on every plan.
The agent says it is an AI assistant
It happens in the first sentence. It is a requirement under the EU AI Act – and it is also what makes customers accept it.
Nordic and European data storage
Call data is processed within the EEA. A data processing agreement is standard, not an add-on.
Telephony on Telenor SIP infrastructure
The same network as the rest of Nordic business telephony. No detour across the public internet.
You own the data
Export or delete whenever you want. You set the retention period yourself.
On-prem and sovereign hosting exist
For those who must have it. Most firms in this segment don't need it – tell us if you do.
Yes. Threll takes many calls at once, so nobody gets an engaged tone. You can limit bookings to the tyre slots you've set aside.
Threll connects to other systems via API, webhooks and MCP. We're happy to go through which workshop systems are supported today in a short meeting. Without a connection it takes the booking and sends it to you by email or SMS.
You send a list or connect your CRM, and Threll calls the next day, asks what the customer thought and books a meeting with the salesperson if they're interested.
When the workshop system is connected, it can answer directly. Without a connection it takes the question, and the workshop is asked to call the customer.
Start is 699 NOK a month plus 4 NOK a minute. Pluss and Premium include minutes. No lock-in and no setup fee.
