Outbound reminders

The appointment was at nine. He didn't come, and the chair stood empty for an hour.

Threll calls your customers and reminds them of the appointment, the due date or the site visit. It confirms, books a new time if it doesn't suit, and takes the payment on the call. You set it up yourself in the console in an afternoon – with help from us if you want it.

The problem

The reminder nobody answered

A no-show is an hour you can't sell twice. It sits in the calendar as confirmed right up until nine, and by then it's too late to fill. The same goes for the invoice falling due on Friday: it doesn't get paid because an email about it exists.

The SMS gets read, not answered

It disappears between delivery notices and campaigns. And even when it is read, you still don't know whether the customer is coming.

The email lands at the bottom

The chaser is read a week late at best. Nobody gets to ask why the invoice hasn't been paid, or whether it arrived at all.

Calling round yourself takes all morning

Two hundred appointments a month is two hundred calls somebody in the office has to fit in around everything else. The important ones get called. The rest don't.

None of the three gives you the answer you actually need: are you coming?

The arithmetic

Run the numbers with your own figures

It takes just three numbers. How many appointments and due dates you have in a month, how many of them fall through because nobody showed up or paid on time, and what one of them is worth.

200
15 %
2,500 kr
Lost revenue per month75,000 kr

You're losing roughly 75,000 kr a month across 30 appointments. Threll Start costs 699 kr.

We don't know your numbers. Plenty of firms know how many didn't turn up, but not how many of those would have said so if somebody had called – and that's the whole point. The test week gives you the actual figure, whether or not you pick us afterwards.
Setup

Live in a single afternoon

Five steps you do yourself in the console. You connect the calendar or upload the list, and need no integration to get going. If you get stuck, we help for free.

  1. STEP 1
    Lindeberg Tannklinikk
    Lindeberg TannklinikkReg. no 913 776 204 · Oslo
    Calls 09–17Reminders · appointments

You set the agent up yourself

Fill in who should be called, what the agent should remind them about, and what times of day it may call. It all happens in the console – no integration, and no waiting on us.

  2. STEP 2
    Connection
    Calendar · 214 appointments
    Sync active

    You connect the list

Connect the calendar or the invoicing system, or upload a list. The agent calls at the agreed moment – the day before, three days before the due date, or whenever you say. Takes ten minutes.

  3. STEP 3
    Instruction

Call the day before, by 17:00 at the latest. Offer a new time if they can't make it. Never more than two attempts per appointment

    Saved as you goSave

    The agent calls and confirms

It introduces itself as an AI assistant for the firm, says what it's calling about, and asks the follow-up questions you wrote yourself – and listens to what the customer answers.

  4. STEP 4
    Confirmed in the calendar
    SMS with summary
    Email to the office

The outcome lands where it should

Confirmed: the appointment stands and the calendar updates. Can't make it: the agent books a new time there and then. Needs a person: the office gets an SMS with a summary and a number.

  5. STEP 5
    Confirmed – Tuesday 14:00
    Rebooked – Thursday 09:00
    No answer – retry tomorrow

You see it all in the dashboard

Every call with transcript, summary and outcome – and you change the instructions yourself as you read. For the first time you have a figure for how many actually confirm.

AGENT

Hello, this is an AI assistant calling from the dental clinic. I'm calling about your appointment tomorrow at nine – does that still work?

CUSTOMER

Oh, tomorrow at nine? I'd completely forgotten. No, I've got a meeting then.

AGENT

We'll sort that out. I have Thursday at ten or Friday at half past one free, both with Kari.

CUSTOMER

Thursday at ten is fine.

AGENT

Then I'll move you to Thursday at ten with Kari. Confirmation is coming by SMS now.

CUSTOMER

Good. And that bill from last time, I haven't paid it.

AGENT

I can see it here, 2,480 kroner, due on Friday. Shall I send a Vipps request now so it's out of the way?

CUSTOMER

Yes, do that.

AGENT

Sent. So you're down for Thursday at ten, and the bill is in Vipps. Have a good day.

Assurance

What your customer hears, and what you need to be able to answer

Five questions you will get – from a customer, a board chair or a procurement officer. The answers are the same on every plan.

01

The agent says it is an AI assistant

It happens in the first sentence. It is a requirement under the EU AI Act – and it is also what makes customers accept it.

02

Norwegian and European data storage

Call data is processed within the EEA. A data processing agreement is standard, not an add-on.

03

Telephony on Telenor SIP infrastructure

The same network as the rest of Norwegian business telephony. No detour across the public internet.

04

You own the data

Export or delete whenever you want. You set the retention period yourself.

05

On-prem and sovereign hosting exist

For those who must have it. Most firms in this segment don't need it – tell us if you do.

Objections

What you're going to ask about

Can't find the answer? Call us on +47 24 12 66 30.

Yes, and they're told in the first sentence – the agent says so before it says what it's calling about. Our experience is that people accept it when the call is about their own appointment and they actually get it moved.

A reminder about an appointment the customer made themselves, or an invoice falling due, is not marketing – opt-outs from cold calling don't cover those calls. You control who is on the list, and the agent sells nothing unless you ask it to. If you do want it to sell, the ordinary rules apply and you have to check the do-not-call register as usual.

You set the number of attempts and when they happen. The default is one retry the next day, then an SMS with a link to confirm themselves. Every attempt sits in the log with its outcome.

Yes, once you connect it. The agent sees which slots are free, moves the appointment on the call and sends confirmation. Without a connection it notes the preferred time and sends it to the office.

Yes, with Vipps on the call. The customer gets the request while you're talking and pays before the call ends, instead of promising to do it later.

No. Outbound calls are placed from your own number, so the customer sees your firm on the display. You keep your number, your operator and your setup.

You do it yourself: connecting the calendar or uploading the list takes ten minutes, and writing what the agent should say and ask typically takes half an hour in the console. If you'd like one of us on a screen share, it costs nothing.

Nothing. You create the account yourself, let the agent call one week of appointments, and have your own figures afterwards.
