The reception that never closes – and speaks the guest's language.
Threll takes bookings, changes and questions in more than 70 languages, around the clock. Reception staff can look after the guests in front of them, and get the calls that need a person.

- Runs on Telenor SIP infrastructure
- The agent says it is an AI assistant
- Live in an afternoon – without switching provider
Guests call when reception is at its busiest
Check-in, check-out and breakfast all happen while the phone is ringing. At night there's one person on duty, and the caller from abroad may not speak the local language or English.
Bookings that get lost
Someone who calls to book a room and gets no answer books through a booking site instead – where you pay commission.
Guests from all over the world
Reception speaks the local language and English. The guest may speak German, Spanish or Japanese.
Seasonal peaks with new staff
In high season, reception is full of new staff who can't answer everything yet.
The guest calling usually just wants to know: do you have a room for me?
What Threll takes care of

Self-serve setup
Create an account, configure the agent and set up forwarding yourself – in an afternoon. If you need help along the way, it costs nothing.
Create accountDo compare
A human answering service typically charges 25–50 NOK per answered call. A lost customer costs you the whole sale.
Run the numbersWhat your customer hears, and what you need to be able to answer
Five questions you will get – from a customer, a board chair or a procurement officer. The answers are the same on every plan.
The agent says it is an AI assistant
It happens in the first sentence. It is a requirement under the EU AI Act – and it is also what makes customers accept it.
Nordic and European data storage
Call data is processed within the EEA. A data processing agreement is standard, not an add-on.
Telephony on Telenor SIP infrastructure
The same network as the rest of Nordic business telephony. No detour across the public internet.
You own the data
Export or delete whenever you want. You set the retention period yourself.
On-prem and sovereign hosting exist
For those who must have it. Most firms in this segment don't need it – tell us if you do.
Norwegian, Swedish and Danish are specially trained, and Threll handles more than 70 other languages. It switches mid-call if the guest does.
Not when the booking system is connected – then it only sees available rooms. Without a connection it takes the request, and reception confirms.
Threll explains the rules you've added, but never grants exceptions or refunds on its own. Requests like that go to reception.
Threll connects to other systems via API, webhooks and MCP. We're happy to go through which booking systems are supported today in a short meeting.
Start is 699 NOK a month plus 4 NOK a minute. Pluss and Premium include minutes. No lock-in and no setup fee.
