The phone queue disappears. Patients get answers.
Threll takes appointment bookings, prescription requests and the routine questions – so medical secretaries can spend their time on the patients standing at the desk. It never gives medical advice, and anything urgent goes straight to a person.
No lock-in · No setup fee · Set it up yourself, no onboarding call

- Live in an afternoon – without switching provider
At eight o'clock, everyone calls at once
The lines open and the queue is full within seconds. Patients wait 20 minutes to book an appointment, and the medical secretaries don't have a free hand for the person in front of them.
A phone queue every morning
Patients call as soon as the lines open, and most want the same thing: an appointment, a prescription, or to know when their test results will be back.
Medical secretaries stuck on the phone
Every call about opening hours or patient fees is time that doesn't go to the patient at the desk, the records or the lab.
Appointments left empty
Patients who forget their appointment leave gaps the doctor can't fill – while others can't get through on the phone.
The patient calling really only wants to know one thing: when can I come in?

Ready-made setups that fit you
Each use case has its own page with the numbers, a real call and the price. Start with the one closest to your day-to-day.
Live in a single afternoon
Five steps you do yourself in the console. The agent calls out from the list and takes calls in on your number – you choose whether to use both directions or just one. If you get stuck, we help for free.
Never gives medical advice
Threll answers the practical questions. Anything about symptoms or treatment goes to healthcare staff.
Emergency number for serious symptoms
You write down which symptoms should always lead to the emergency number or the out-of-hours doctor. That rule overrides everything else.
Data in the EEA, DPA as standard
Call data is processed within the EEA. You decide how long transcripts are kept.
Identification with Vipps
When a call requires you to know who the patient is, Threll can ask them to confirm with Vipps during the call.

Self-serve setup
Create an account, configure the agent and set up forwarding yourself – in an afternoon. If you need help along the way, it costs nothing.
Create accountDo compare
A human answering service typically charges 25–50 NOK per answered call. A lost customer costs you the whole sale.
Run the numbersWhat your customer hears, and what you need to be able to answer
Five questions you will get – from a customer, a board chair or a procurement officer. The answers are the same on every plan.
The agent says it is an AI assistant
It happens in the first sentence. It is a requirement under the EU AI Act – and it is also what makes customers accept it.
Nordic and European data storage
Call data is processed within the EEA. A data processing agreement is standard, not an add-on.
Telephony on Telenor SIP infrastructure
The same network as the rest of Nordic business telephony. No detour across the public internet.
You own the data
Export or delete whenever you want. You set the retention period yourself.
On-prem and sovereign hosting exist
For those who must have it. Most firms in this segment don't need it – tell us if you do.
Call data is processed within the EEA, a data processing agreement is standard, and you decide how long transcripts are kept. We recommend that Threll only takes what's needed to book or pass the matter on – not detailed medical histories.
Threll connects to other systems via API, webhooks and MCP. We're happy to go through which record and appointment systems are supported today in a short meeting. Without a connection it takes down the request and puts it in your queue.
Then Threll refers them to the emergency number or the out-of-hours doctor, or transfers to a nurse – following the rules you've written. It never tries to judge for itself how serious something is beyond your rules.
Yes. Patients talk as they would to a person, with no keypad menus. Threll copes with dialects, pauses and interruptions, and transfers to you if the patient asks.
Yes. Norwegian, Swedish and Danish are specially trained, and Threll handles more than 70 other languages. It switches language mid-call if the patient does.
