Thea is not a module you buy or hire — she is the platform's own logic, and she comes along without anyone having to switch her on. What you actually set up and spend money on are the Thrells and the workflows you put them to work in. So don't assume a free Thea means a free platform; ask for the pricing model in the intro meeting.

Routing is Thea's job, and that is exactly the point of being LLM-agnostic: she swaps models when one turns lazy or repetitive instead of locking you to a single vendor. If you want to steer the outcome, steer the process — scripts and foundational documents are open for editing, so you describe what has to be delivered and how, not which engine does it. Insisting on one fixed model gives away the benefit of letting the models challenge each other.

Shared memory is a feature, not a side effect: insight from one agent is meant to benefit the others. Outward the platform is tight — no training on your data and no sharing with third parties — but that is not the same as partitions between your own agents internally. If you need such separation, raise it explicitly and look at how your workflows and foundational documents are split up, since that is the part you control yourself.

Those are numbers from one pilot customer, not a promise.
